At 29 years of age, I call New Delhi, India, my home. My academic journey began at G.D. Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, where I graduated in 2013. Driven by a love for food, I pursued Kitchen Operations at The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), later advancing to Kitchen Management, completing both by 2018.
My relationship with food started early, at the age of 9, when I crafted my very first dish—Momos. What began as a simple hobby soon blossomed into a defining part of my life. Ever heard of the fact that you'll always get attracted by the things that are meant for you? Yup, I am the living example of the phrase as to how indian cuisine attracted me towards it.With unwavering support from family and friends, my culinary passion only deepened ,be it my nani’s chole bhature or Dadi’s methi Malai matar , every such memory added to this adventurous experience. Over the years, I’ve experimented, refined, and pursued excellence in the kitchen, continuously seeking to learn and create captivating fusions from global cuisines.
